medium, peeled and chopped

½ tsplemon juice

1 tspstevia
or granulated sweetener

Instructions
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 180°C (356°F).
Step 2
Peel and chop the apple into small chunks. In a small bowl, mix the apple chunks, lemon juice, stevia and ground cinnamon together until all of the apple chunks are well coated. Transfer to a 9cm ramekin and set aside.
Step 3
Make the crumble by mixing together the flour, oats, stevia, applesauce and ground cinnamon until you get a crumbly texture. The crumble should look like lots of small balls.
Step 4
Place the crumble on top of the apple and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Step 5
Cool for a few minutes before serving with a dollop of low calorie ice cream and enjoying!
