Instant Pot Pepper Steak

Instructions

Step 1
Turn Instant Pot setting to sauté. Add oil and beef and cook until browned.
Step 2
Add garlic powder and water. Stir in onion and pepper blend, tomatoes, soy sauce, sugar, and salt.
Step 3
Cook on high pressure for 20 minutes, then allow IP to vent naturally for at least 20 minutes.
Step 4
Return Instant Pot to a simmer with the using the saute function. Take cold water and mix well with cornstarch. Whisk in corn starch mixture and allow to thicken. Serve over rice or egg noodles.
