Instructions
Step 1
The egg noodles in this recipe are fine thin small ones like the ones used for soup . Add these to a hot pan with some oil and toast for about 5 minutes until golden brown
Step 2
Add washed rice to the pan then stir to coat in the oil . Now add a pinch of salt and 3 cups of hot water . Bring to a boil then reduce to low heat and cover with a lid and cook 15 minutes

Once cooked open the lid and let it rest for a moment then fluff it up and serve with anything you like . Enjoy
