For the streusel

½ cupbutter
softened

1 cupall purpose flour

½ cuplight brown sugar
packed

½ cupgranulated sugar

1 teaspooncinnamon
For the bread
Instructions
Step 1
Start by mixing the streusel ingredients with a fork or your fingers until crumbly. Set in the fridge.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 325° with rack in the middle of the oven. Prepare two 9 x 5“ loaf pans by buttering and flouring.
Step 3
In a large bowl mix together the pumpkin, sugars, oil and butter. Mix in eggs wanted to time. Then add the vanilla and milk.
Step 4
Add your dry ingredients on top of the wet, starting with the flour. Slowly mix dry ingredients together first then incorporate into the wet. You want the mixture to be just combined do not over mix.
Step 5
Spread batter evenly into pans then add the streusel topping.
Step 6
Bake for approximately one hour 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Allowed to cool for a bit and then serve with a good quality butter
