½ tspWhite pepper powder

1Egg white

Congee seasoning and garnish

Instructions
Step 1
Cook congee in instant pot, porridge mode, high pressure 30min
Step 2
Marinade fish and put in fridge
Step 3
After congee is done, put pot in sauté mode and stir congee while bringing it to boil. Put in fish and cook for 1-2 min or until it turns white. Season and garnish.
