Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375° spray pan with coconut oil
Step 2
Put chicken in large bowl and butter over it, mix well so each piece is coated
Step 3
On a dinner plate mix spices together and roll each piece of chicken in the spices
Step 4
Place chicken in pan
Step 5
Bake for 50 minutes and then broil for a few minutes to crisp and brown the tops
