Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Grease a baking sheet.

3. In a mixing bowl, cream butter. Gradually add the sugar and mix well.

4. In another bowl, beat egg yolks then incorporate into the butter-sugar mixture. Set this butter mixture aside..

5. Sift the dry ingredients-flour, cornstarch, baking powder, anise seeds-together. Add half of the dry ingredients to the butter mixture. Add the coconut cream gradually. Add the remaining half of the dry ingredients. Mix well to create a dough.

6. Knead the dough on a floured tabletop. Roll dough out thinly to a thickness of 5 milliliters using a rolling pin that has been dusted with flour.

7. Using a rectangular cookie cutter roughly measuring 10x6-centimeters, cut out cookies or press into a wooden Saniculas mold.
Step 8
8. Place the cookies on the greased baking sheet and then brush each one with milk.
Step 9
9. Bake for 10 minutes.
