Step 1
To a flat plate add the egg, sugar and milk. Whisk until well combined.

Dip the brioche slices into the egg mixture. Make sure they are covered completely.

Heat the butter in the pan. Add the brioche slices and fry for about 1,5-2min on each side.

Slice the peach.

Spread the bottom brioche slice with vanilla pudding.
