Instructions

Blueberry cream

Step 1
Mash the blueberries with a fork.
Step 2
Add all the ingredients to a small bowl and mix until well combined.

French toast

Step 3
To a flat plate add the egg, milk and sugar. Whisk well.
Step 4
Soak each brioche slice in the egg mixture.
Step 5
Heat the butter in the pan. Reduce the heat to medium and add the brioche slices. Fry for 1,5-2min then flip. Fry for another 1,5-2min.

Sandwich

Step 6
Slice the strawberries.
Step 7
Spread the bottom brioche slice with the blueberry cream.
Step 8
Top it with the strawberry slices.
Step 9
Grate the white chocolate on top.
Step 10
Stack the other brioche slice on top and enjoy!
