Instructions
Step 1
* In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cinnamon, sugar, salt and vanilla extract.
Step 2
* Dip each slice of bread in the egg mixture, making sure both sides are coated.
Step 3
* Heat the butter or vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Step 4
* Add the bread slices to the skillet, one at a time, and cook until golden brown on both sides.
Step 5
* Remove the bread from the skillet and place on a plate.
Step 6
* Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
