Instructions
Step 1
Mix dry ingredients in a medium size mixing bowl, add water, mix until a shaggy dough has formed, turn dough onto a lightly floured surface, knead for about 5 minutes, dough will be slightly sticky, if too sticky, add a bit of flour as needed. Put dough back into mixing bowl, cover with plastic wrap, let rest 10 minutes. After dough has rested, put on a lightly floured surface again, knead a few more times, divide into 3 equal portions. Lightly flour a rolling pin and roll dough into a circle till about 1/4 inch thick. Add neutral oil, 1/4 inch deep to a medium size skillet, fry on medium heat till golden brown, about 3-5 minutes, flip and fry on other side till golden, about 2-4 minutes. Add more oil if needed to fry remainder.
