Instructions

Step 1
• In your bread machine basket add warm water, milk, honey, greek yogurt, and salt
Step 2
• Then add in the all-purpose flour and whole wheat flour, before finally adding in the bread machine yeast (leave out 1/4 cup of the all purpose flour)
Step 3
• Turn bread machine onto the basic dough setting. Keep an eye on the dough, if it seems too wet, using the leftover 1/4 cup flour, add more flour until it forms a nice dough ball. You may need to use it all, or none at all. Do not add too much extra flour, or the end result will be dry.
Step 4
• Let the bread machine complete the dough cycle.
Step 5
• Once complete punch down the dough, remove from the basket and divide into 16
Step 6
• Roll each portion as flat and thin as possible.
Step 7
• Heat a skillet over medium heat, once fully heated, coat your pan in butter or ghee and cook each until browned on each side.
