7fresh peaches

¼ cupsugar

¼ cupbrown sugar

1juice from lemon

4 tablespoonscornstarch

4 tablespoonscinnamon

2 tablespoonsnutmeg

1 tablespooncloves

½ teaspoonsalt

Instructions
Crust
Step 1
In a mixing bowl add almond flour, coconut oil, salt, egg and egg yolk. Mixing with hands until well combined. Then press dough into a 7x11 baking dish. Make sure to flatten crust evenly and going up the sides of the dish
Bake at 325 for 11-15 minutes
Take out and let cool on rack








Filling
Step 2
Slice peaches and add to a large cooking pot. Next mix together sugar, brown sugar, salt and cornstarch in a separate bowl then add to pot and mix with peaches Add cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon and lemon juice to pot turn stove to medium/high mixing until it starts to thicken/bubble and pour into the 7x11 pan














Crumble
Step 3
In a mixing bowl add almond flour, salt, gluten free oats, sugar and brown sugar. Then pour cooled melted butter into bowl and mix until crumbly. Stick in fridge for 5 minutes.
Take out of fridge mix again till crumbly and spread evenly over peach filling.







Cooking
Step 4
Cook for 45-60 minutes at 350 (If top is browing too much add aluminum foil for remainder of cook time)
