Instructions
Step 1
In a small bowl combine the brown sugar, cinnamon, and the cayenne pepper. Set aside.
Step 2
In a large bowl whisk the egg white, then add nuts and cranberries.
Step 3
Spread in a single layer on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 300° for 18 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring once.
Step 4
Let cool, and store in a n air tight container.
