Nutella Thumbprint cookies

Nutella Thumbprint Cookies Ingredients: -110g butter (room temperature) -65g icing sugar -1x egg yolk (room temperature) -1-2 tsp vanilla extract -140g plain flour -15g cornflour -Nutella Method: -Preheat oven to 170C. -In a large bowl, cream butter and icing sugar together. -Whisk in egg yolk and extract. -Fold in sifted flour and corn flour. -Grab a heaped teaspoon of cookie dough and roll into a ball. Place onto a lined baking tray and slightly flatten. -Use your thumb twice to gently press a heart shape into the centre of the cookie. -Fill with Nutella. -Bake for 10-14 minutes (until edges start to become golden brown).
