Instructions
Step 1
1. pumpkin paste: Place all ingredients into a small pot and simmer over medium heat, about 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Transfer to a jar and cool.

2. Pour espresso, milk, pumpkin paste, and ice into a shaker or mason jar and shake together.

3. Fill a glass with ice and pour in latte mixture.
Step 4
4. sweet pumpkin cream: In a small cup or bowl combine cream and pumpkin paste. Whisk together until very soft peaks form (you’re making a loose whipped cream).

5. Pour sweet cream over the latte and serve.
