Honey BBQ pulled Chicken

Best pulled chicken I’ve ever made. Be sure to thaw frozen meat before cooking in slow cooker for food safety reasons. Could do same recipe with pulled pork. Maybe cut into smaller chucks so the sauce cooks in if it’s a big roast. Pulled chicken has so many uses, can be frozen in portions after cooking.

Instructions

Step 1
Spray à slow cooker with oil. Add chicken, sliced onions, minced Markov and remaining ingredients. Stir to coat. Cover and cook on high for 5 hours. Shred with 2 forks. Stir sauce through to make sure meat is all covered. Serve as is with coleslaw or on a sandwich, salad, tacos, in scrambled eggs, etc.
