Step 1
Add cornflakes to a large bowl with the chopped nuts I like to use mixed nuts Then add sunflower seeds and chopped cranberries and start crushing and mixing everything with your hands

dried cranberries½ cup
Step 2
Add runny peanut butter and maple syrup or raw honey then mix it all to combine . The mixture should be wet if it is dry add a little more peanut butter as this will help it stick together

Step 3
Push down firmly into a snack bar mold then place parchment paper on top and add a chopping board for extra weight . Pop it into the freezer for about 30 minutes . If you like finish them off with a little dark chocolate keep them in the fridge for up to a week and enjoy
