Instructions
Step 1
Place all ingredients in order into the bread machine pan and run the dough setting. Once complete, dump onto a flour dusted surface and flip to coat. Stretch Dough out using fingers (leaving finger dents) on a large parchment lined pan. Brush with more olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Allow to rise again while oven preheats to 425°F, about 20 minutes. Bake on centre rack until golden approx 10-12 minutes.
