Instructions

Step 1
Mix together your sponge (yeast, flour, water and sugar). Then let it rest for 10 minutes.

After the 10 minutes mix in the rest of your ingredients.

Mix everything until a rough dough forms then lightly oil your hands before kneading your dough (for about 8-10 minutes, until smooth).
Step 4
Separate the dough into 12 dough balls. Stuff each dough ball with mozzarella cheese, making sure to seal it so that no cheese leaks out during baking.
Step 5
Let the dough balls rest for 10 minutes before placing in oven. Brush with egg wash.
Step 6
Place dough balls into the oven at 365 for 25 to 30 minutes. Make sure to prepare your garlic butter mixture, as soon as the dough is finished you'll brush it onto the bread.
