Lightened Cafe Borgia protein shake

Infusing my two favorites, cafe Borgia and chocolate protein shakes. The salt cuts the bitterness of the drink, if you are using a lighter blend of coffee or a vanilla substitute shake, it may not be necessary to add salt.

Instructions

Step 1
Brew your espresso, bring down to room temp. I used ice to do so
Step 2
Add everything but orange peel, salt, and whipped cream to a blender
Step 3
Blend till well mixed
Step 4
Add orange peel to a large glass Pour mixture into glass, roughly 14oz per serving
Step 5
Top with whipped cream and salt
