Step 1
Add all the ingredients above, except the chicken, into a mixing bowl. Marinade the chicken thighs on a large zip lock bag and refrigerate for 2 hours or more minutes before cooking. Place a tin foil over a medium baking dish, add the marinaded chicken thighs to the baking dish, uncovered. Bake chicken for 20 minutes at 400 degrees F. Take the remaining marinade sauce and heat it in a saucepan for dipping sauce. Ready to serve over rice.
