My Pumpkin Pie Recipe
I use Sally’s addiction recipe for the pumpkin pie filling. I used Julia Child’s pie dough recipe (I tripled her recipe to make three pies). I use the Duchess cookbook for instructions.
Blind bake for 15 minutes. Remove parchment and keep baking for 5 minutes without parchment at 375F.
Add pumpkin purée
Bake at 325F for 65 minutes
