Instructions
Step 1
Combine coconut milk, cow's milk, protein powder, chia seeds and honey. Leave in the fridge overnight so the chia seeds absorb the liquid and becomes a pudding like texture.
Step 2
Divide into four bowls or containers. When ready to serve, top with 15 gms of shredded coconut,1/2 diced mango and 1/2 diced kiwi fruit.
