The secret of the lovely color is GOOD quality Palestinian Sumac.
Tip:
Suggested nuts: cashew or macadamia
Add a probiotic to give it more benefit and zing. By adding a spoon of yogurt to the mixture.

Instructions
Step 1
Wash and soak cashew in filtered water. Soak for a minimum of 4 hours and a maximum of 8 hours.
Step 2
Strain and wash cashews.
Step 3
In a blender place the ingredients staring with the liquid first to help with a smooth blend.
Step 4
Blend till a smooth consistency reached.
Watch the color change as it sits.
Step 5
To better preserve your labneh, cover with a layer of olive oil before putting it in the fridge.
