-Pour the mulk in the same pot -Add remaining sugar -Bring to a boil

-Add yolks and eggs, whisk till frothy -Add vanilla -Add the egg mixture to the hot milk while whisking -strain the mixture ×3 times
-pour the strained mixture to the caramel lined tray

Preheat oven at 180°c Strain the mixture ×3 Prep boiling hot water for water bath
