Instructions
Step 1
Season the chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the chicken until browned.
Step 3
Remove the chicken, add minced garlic, and cook zucchini until tender and slightly browned. (Add some more pepper and salt to taste)
Step 4
Return the chicken, pour in lemon juice, and simmer briefly.
