Step 1
Heat oil in a skillet.

Take some thinly sliced chicken breasts, season, then dip in an egg wash, followed by dipping in a bread crumb and shredded Parmesan mixture.

Once the oil is hot enough, add the chicken to the skillet. It should bubble when you add it, that’s how you know it’s hot enough. Cook for 4 minutes on each side and remove chicken from the skillet.

In the same skillet, add in a tablespoon of minced garlic, half a chopped white onion, and cook until the onions are translucent.

Next, pour in 2 cups of whole milk and 2 cups of low sodium chicken broth. Bring to a simmer and season how you like!

After the skillet has come to a simmer add in some finely chopped broccoli.

The next step is the all important pasta! Add in a 1lb box of uncooked pasta. You can you whatever pasta you like, I used fettuccini.

Make sure that the pasta is fully covered by the liquid. Once it’s simmering, lower the temperature to medium-low.

Cover and cook for 15 minutes, stirring halfway through.

After the 15 minutes are up, pour in half a cup of heavy whipping cream and slowly mix in some shredded Parmesan cheese.
