Preheat your oven to 375°F.

Cut the French bread loaf in half lengthwise to create two long pieces. If you prefer smaller portions, you can cut it into smaller sections.

Place the bread halves on a baking sheet, cut side up. Spread an even layer of pizza sauce on each bread half.

Sprinkle some of the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.

Add the sliced pepperoni, and any optional toppings you prefer, such as black olives, green bell pepper, and red onion.

Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top of the toppings.

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges of the French bread are crispy.
