Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta as per packaging instructions. Drain, then set aside.
Step 2
Wash strawberries. Cut half of the washed strawberries into half slices, and chop the remaining into small dices.
Step 3
Add the half slices of strawberries into a blender, along with sour cream, honey and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
Step 4
Transfer cooked pasta to a serving plate/bowl, and pour blended sauce on top. Garnish with stawberry dices, mint leaves and almond flakes, then serve immediately or chilled.
