Berry Crumble is one of the few healthier dessert options that I can eat any day. This recipe is full of antioxidants and delicious flavors. For this recipe you can either use fresh or frozen berries, I recommend fresh berries, the flavor is better and it does not come out as watery. For the berry mixture
Step 1
1). Wash and dry your berries. Add in corn starch and mix to combine. Add in lemon juice and sweetener of choice. Mix to combine and set aside.
For the crumble
Step 2
Combine oats and cold butter and mix together. Add in remaining crumble ingredients and mix.
Put it together
Step 3
Add your crumble on top of your berry mixture and spread evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min and let cool for 20 min before serving.
