Healthy version of a Reese’s. Sure to satisfy your cravings without spiking your blood sugar. I don't use any sweetener, but you can add a tiny bit of monk fruit or stevia, if you like.

Instructions

Step 1
Stir all ingredients together until smooth. If too dry (depending on nut butter used), add additional coconut oil if needed.
Step 2
Pour into a small container, ice cube trays, candy molds, or silicone cupcake wrappers.
Step 3
Freeze to set.
Step 4
Because coconut oil softens when warm, it’s best to store these in the fridge or freezer.
