Instructions
Step 1
Pre heat oven to 170°. Grease and line a 8”x10” pan.
Step 2
In a small bowl mix diced apples, sugar and cinnamon until combined and set aside
Step 3
Add butter, sugar and brown sugar into a bowl and cream together with mixer. Add egg and vanilla and whisk these together.
Step 4
Add flour and mix until just combined. Add the apples and fold them in, spoon into pan and spread out evenly.
Step 5
Mix sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over the top and bake for 50 minutes.
