500gminced beef

1.5 CupWhite Rice

1.5 CupShredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

12 slicesBacon
crumbled

3Pickles

1onion

1can diced tomatoes

½ cuptomato sauce

½ cupmayonnaise

2 Tbspyellow mustard

2 Tbspworcestershire sauce

2 Tbsppickle juice

1 tspgarlic powder

1 tsponion powder

1 tspdill

¼ tspsmoked paprika

Instructions
Step 1
Start by cooking your bacon in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Once it's done, remove it from the pan and set aside.
Step 2
In that same pan with add in your mince. Break it up a little and immediately add in your onion. Brown the mince, breaking it up as it cooks. Meanwhile start cooking your rice
Step 3
While your rice and mince are working, make your sauce. In a mixing bowl, add tomato sauce, mayonnaise, mustard, worcestershire sauce, pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, and smoked paprika. Mix well and set aside.
Step 4
Once your mince is cooked all the way through, reduce the heat to a simmer and add in your sauce, along with the diced tomatoes. Mix all of that together and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes, then give it a taste, and add salt and pepper to preference.
Step 5
When your rice is done cooking, portion it out into your meal containers and portion your beef mixture out on top.
Step 6
Add 1/4 cup of cheese to each meal, top with your bacon, pickles, tomato and lettuce.
