0.5 Cupunsalted butter
room temperature

½ cupvegetable oil

0.5 Cupsugar
more for topping

½ cuppowdered sugar

1egg
large

2 teaspoonsvanilla extract

2 cupsflour

½ teaspoonbaking soda

¼ teaspoonsalt

1chai tea bag

Pre-heat oven at 350° and grease baking sheet

Beat butter and add vegetable oil


Step 3

Add sugar and powdered sugar


Step 4

Add beated egg and vanilla extract


Step 5

Stir in flour, baking soda and salt

Mix in chai tea and chill the soft dough for about 1 hour

Step 7

Line cookie sheet with 2 tablespoon dough drops

Press evenly and cover with sugar if you want crispy texture

Bake for nine-ish minutes in the oven

Cover with icing when cool completely

Mix 1 cup powdered sugar with 1/4 T-spoon of nutmeg, 1/4 Teaspoon of cinnamon and 3 tablespoons of milk or eggnog
