Instructions
Step 1
Beat together- sugar, pumpkin, oil and eggs.
Step 2
Then add - flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Mix thoroughly.

Add Cranberries (lightly tossed in flour so they don't sink).
Step 4
Fill muffin tins
Step 5
Crumble Topping
Step 6
Melt butter (microwave)
Step 7
Mix Oats, brown sugar and melted butter.
Step 8
Sprinkle on top of muffin batter before baking.
Step 9
Bake at 350° for 20-24 minutes
