For the salmon salad
Step 1
Prepare the salmon salad by flaking the cooked salmon into a bowl and mixing it with mayonnaise, crème fraîche, lemon juice, dill, salt, and black pepper until creamy and well combined.
For the smørrebrød
Step 2
Spread the butter evenly over the rye bread and place the salad leaves on top.
Step 3
Cut the tomato into small cubes and spread them over the salad.
Step 4
Add the salmon salad on top and finish with a light sprinkle of black pepper.
