To reduce the heat in the dish, cut the peppers in half and use a spoon to scrape out the seeds and membranes. If you like very spicy foods, add a few of the seeds to the dish instead of discarding them.

softened
¾ cupshredded cheddar cheese
¾ cupshredded monterey jack cheese
6bacon strips
cooked and crumbled
¼ tspsalt
¼ tspgarlic powder
¼ tspchili powder

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat air fryer to 325. In a large bowl, combine the cheeses, bacon and seasonings; mix well. Spoon 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons into each pepper half. Roll in bread crumbs.
Step 2
Spritz air fryer basket with cooking spray. Working in batches if needed, place poppers in a single layer in air fryer basket. Cook for 15 minutes for spicy flavor, 20 minutes for medium and 25 for mild, being careful not to overcook. If desired, serve with sour cream, dip or dressing.
