My recent trip to Greece fueled my love for Greek salad, and even after returning home, I can't resist making it nearly every day. Here, I've put my Liv-style spin on the classic combo to create a bowl of fresh goodness you can’t resist diving into.

Ingredients
4 servings
640gMix-a-Mato tomatoes
halved or whole

1cucumber
large, diced

¼ cuppickled onions

½ cupSicilian olives
pitted

200ggoat’s feta cheese
crumbled

¼ cupfresh dill
chopped
Dressing
Instructions
Step 1
Combine all dressing ingredients in a large bowl.
Step 2
Add in the tomatoes, cucumber, onion, olives and dill. Toss to combine and serve with feta crumbled on top.
