Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta in salted water


Step 2
While water is coming to a boil: melt 1 stick of butter in large skillet. When melted and add 3T flour, 1t salt & 1/4t pepper





Step 3
Drain juice from 2 sm cans of oysters and add both cans to measuring cup. Then add enough milk to make 2 1/2c of liquid in measuring cup.



Step 4
Add oyster/milk combo to melted ingredients in skillet then add Velveeta cheese. Stir often to prevent burning.
*Adding in velveta cheese in small blocks stiring to ensure it melts and mixes in with the other ingredients.

Step 5
Cook 30 minutes on low heat, until it makes a thick cheese sauce.

Step 6
Put elbow macaroni noodles in buttered casserole dish and add sauce.

Step 7
Bake uncovered in casserole dish at 350 for 30 minutes.
