Raspberry Jam Crumble Slice

Ok so this is like a hybrid of raspberry crumble and raspberry slice, so don’t mind the super long name haha. This is SO GOOD though.
I always reckon I’m not a big sweet tooth but then I make something like this and I just inhale it without even thinking about it
It comes together with the most simple ingredients, definitely a recipe to save incase of emergencies!!

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180C and grease a small brownie tin or something similar in size, and line with baking paper
Step 2
In a bowl combine the sugar, 1 cup of the oats, flour, butter, eggs and the pecans. Use your hands to ensure its mixed well
Step 3
Pour half too the mixture into the baking in and press down firmly then spread the jam on top
Step 4
Add the rest of the oats to the rest of the mixture and then sprinkle that on top of the jam
Step 5
Bake for 30 - 35 minutes or until the top is nice and golden brown
Step 6
Cut into slices and enjoy, would be delicious with some ice cream too!
