Step 1
Preheat oven to 190 degrees C. Grease pan or baking sheets

Step 2
Sift flour and add in all dry ingredients. Cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, salt. Mix until well combined.
Step 3
Add cold butter and cut in with hands or fork until it has a sand texture.
Step 4
Add and mix the remaining ingredients. Mix until everything is well combined (do not over mix).
Step 5
With a spoon or fork, place equal amount of batter unto the greased baking sheet

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown

Place drops on a cooling rack and immediately brush sugar water solution while the coconut drops are still hot (equal parts water and granulated sugar) *optional
