Ingredients
2 servings
1avocado
0.5juice of lemon
salt
50ggoats cheese
use vegan feta if vegan
2 Tbspdill
finely chopped
2 Tbspred onion
finely chopped
1 tspchilli
optional
½ Tbspolive oil
for the tofu
Instructions
Step 1
Shred the tofu using a cheese grater then fry in a fry pan with the oil, salt and pepper until golden and crispy
Step 2
In a bowl, mash the avo with lemon and salt. Mix through the rest of the ingredients along with the tofu
Step 3
Spread onto your bagel and enjoy!
