Step 1
Heat the butter in the pan. Reduce the heat to medium high. Crack the egg into the pan and fry until the desired consistency is reached. Season with salt and pepper.

Slice the avocado and tomato.

Spread the bottom rice cracker with the cream cheese.
Step 4
Top it with the spinach, tomato and avocado. Season with salt, pepper and chili. Then add the egg.
