Instructions
Step 1
In a large pot, add carrot, celery, onion and garlic with butter, and saute on low heat.
Step 2
Add herbs and uncooked rice, continuing to saute until the rice is toasted.
Step 3
Add broth, chicken and bouillon powder, simmering soup until rice is tender.
Step 4
Once cooked through, stir in sour cream until incorporated, serve.
