Instructions
Step 1
Peel the shells off of the hard boiled eggs
Step 2
Cut the eggs in half, lengthwise
Step 3
Pop out the yolk into a separate bowl, food processor or other contraption that will allow you to mix them to a fine consistency; put the egg whites on your serving platter
Step 4
To the yolks, add the mayo, mustard and Horsey sauce. Mix until it is VERY smooth.
Step 5
Put the yolk mixture into a piping bag with the tip of your choice. Pipe the yolks into the center of the egg whites.
Step 6
Garnish with paprika. I've used dill before as well and it's good too.
