Step 1
Hard boil your eggs. Set the pot over medium high heat and bring to a rolling boil. Cook for 10 minutes or so and you eggs should be done. Drain immediately and let cool. Peel your cooled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Gently remove the yolks and place in a medium bowl. Mash the yolks until they’re creamy and smooth and no lumps are seen.

Add all of your ingredients to your egg mixture without over mixing. Spoon or use a piping bag to add the mixture into the egg whites and lightly sprinkle with some paprika. AND ENJOY
