Instructions

Step 1
Wash potatoes and boil in salt water until fork tender. Drain potatoes and return to pot
Step 2
Bring butter, sour cream, and cream cheese to room temperature.
Step 3
Add butter, sour cream, cream cheese, and seasonings to potatoes. Mash potatoes, using a potato masher or hand mixer.
Step 4
Add warm milk until desired consistency is rreached.

To freeze

Step 5
Scoop cooled potatoes into quart size freezer bags. Make sure any air has been removed and that the bag has been sealed completely. Freeze until ready to use
