Instructions

Step 1
Clean, peel, and cut your potatoes into even pieces.
Step 2
In a large pot with salted water add in the potatoes. Bring to a boil and cook 12-15 minutes until for tender.
Step 3
Drain the potatoes and transfer to a large mixing bowl.
Step 4
Using a hand mixer combine the potatoes and gradually add in the milk and butter.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
