Instructions
Meat tomato sauce
Step 1
Cook onion then add garlic once brown Then add mince
Step 2
Then add tomato paste Then canned tomatoes Add some Italian herbs and balsamic and red wine
Step 3
Slice eggplant and courgette. Oil and salt and pepper. Roast untill cooked
Step 4
Mix cottage cheese, cheese, egg together
Step 5
Make cheese sauce Melt butter and add flour whisk till smooth
Add milk slowly Add vege at end
Blend with stick mix or in blender
Step 6
Build lasagne
Mince Lasagne sheet

Zucchini Mince
Lasagne
Cottage cheese mix Eggplant or silverbeet
Mince
Lasagne Cheese sauce
Add grated cheese on top and grated parmesan

200degree oven for 40 mins
